Wild Thing! For Little Titans

I was really pleased to be asked by the lovely people at Little Titans to design a pair of Wild Thing tights for their new Autumn/Winter range. It was such a fun little project and great to work with a fantastic new brand. Their new collection is now on sale here

Tiny Pencil Summer Zine

I was proper chuffed last week to get my hands on a copy of the Tiny Pencil Summer Zine.

This extremely limited mini-zine set comes with three individually themed zines featuring comics and activities by over 25+ artists. Altogether, there's over 72 pages of gorgeously pencil-drawn, colour-coordinated comics, games, and activities for all ages and interests!

The fantastic mini zine covers where designed by Jerwood Drawing prize-nominated artist Eleanor Taylor, and box designed by the brilliant kristyna baczynski .

Here's a wee sneak peek:

And here's a little shot of my spread:

Massive thanks to Kat Chapman and Amber Hsu who put together all the Tiny Pencil projects. You can visit here to find out more about Tiny Pencil (you'll find some great artist interviews too), or visit here to buy the zines and prints.

Happy Mammoth Day!

Stampede! Michelle Robinson's and mine Woolly Mammoth has been unleashed! Hope you are all enjoying a good celebratory wash.

There are also some Woolly Mammoth colouring in activity sheets to download on Michelle's website over here.

Happy Mammoth day everyone!

I was mega chuffed to see that Michelle and mine's new book How To Wash A Woolly Mammoth got children's book of the week in The Times on Saturday. Yippee! Very big thanks to Amanda Craig for giving us such a lovely review.

shop updates

In an attempt to raise some pocket money I have been adding some A3 prints to my etsy shop, including the new designs I made for the Exposure exhibition a couple of weeks ago. Please feel free to drop by and have a rummage here. Thank you!

I have also just set up a Society6 shop, which should provide a few more options for customers over the pond.

How To Wash A Woolly Mammoth

Not too long now until Michelle and mine's How To Wash A Woolly Mammoth hits the shelves. So you might want to get your Woolite and loofers ready for 01.08.2013.

You can order your copy here.

Got a nice surprise in the post this morning- A French copy of How To Wash A Woolly Mammoth! Tres Bien!

Not too long now until the English version hits the shelves (this August). The very lovely Book Sniffer did a smashing preview of Mammoth with Michelle and I over here. It says some really nice things, and Michelle talks about her inspiration behind the text, plus you get to see some of my very messy early doodles. Thank you for having us Sniffer!

Sports and Leisure exhibition

Next month I will be taking part in a small exhibition curated by the marvellous ├ůsa Wikman. The exhibition will run from the 7th-27th June at  Exposure, and will celebrate all things sport, leisure, and free-timey. There are some excellent folk involved, including: Mogu TakahashiLorna Scobie (who made the brilliant flyer image below), Sarah RayMr Millerchip, and Karin Soderquist. Above are two of my A3 limited edition prints, which if you can't make it to the show, will be in my shop very shortly!

In my spare time I've been designing a chum's wedding stationary. I used to make patterns all the time when I worked in the studio, but that feels like ages ago so I was a bit rusty. Here's a wee peek of one of my efforts!
